Microsoft Lync 2013 – How to Start an Online Lync Meeting

1. First, go into your Outlook window up to ‘New Items’ and scroll down and select ‘Lync Meeting’
2. This brings up the Lync invitation
3. In the invitation ribbon is the ‘Meeting Options’ that can help you customize your meeting
4. In the email invitation there is a link to ‘Join the Meeting’ from your computer but also directions to join by cell phone
