Microsoft Lync 2013 – How to Prepare Content to Use Before a Lync Meeting (Webinar)

  1. Open Lync meeting in Outlook previous to scheduled meeting/webinar
  2. click ‘Join Lync Meeting’
  3. Hover over share button
  4. click PowerPoint
  5. Select PP you would like to use
  6. To create polls go to share button and select poll
  7. Create each poll you wish to have in meeting/webinar
  8. Once you have these created and your PowerPoint open you can find them in the ‘Share’ icon under ‘Presentable Content’
  9. Click on which you would like to present
  10. If you end the Lync Meeting, the Polls and PowerPoints will still be under ‘Presentable Content’ in the Share icon when you re-enter it at the time of your webinar
