- Open Lync meeting in Outlook previous to scheduled meeting/webinar
- click ‘Join Lync Meeting’
- Hover over share button
- click PowerPoint
- Select PP you would like to use
- To create polls go to share button and select poll
- Create each poll you wish to have in meeting/webinar
- Once you have these created and your PowerPoint open you can find them in the ‘Share’ icon under ‘Presentable Content’
- Click on which you would like to present
- If you end the Lync Meeting, the Polls and PowerPoints will still be under ‘Presentable Content’ in the Share icon when you re-enter it at the time of your webinar
