Do you know if you can change the default number to transfer to? EG if you click Joe in your example it will go to the first number in the list, his work number. How do you make it default to a Skype call? Lync used to default to the last number used, Skype for Business seems to default to the first number in the list.
As far as we’ve seen it does NOT default to last number called (like Lync did). As for patches and updated coming out we cannot say at this time if that will change – but we would like to see that functionality return to Skype for Business.
