After coming aboard with PEI and using Microsoft Lync exclusively for audio, video conferencing, an IM in and out of network, I was astounded with the ease of use, audio and video clarity, and conferencing capabilities that Lync was able to provide. In my experience, it is the primary choice to replace existing phone and network communications to help you expand your business.
