1. Start a voice call with your desired contact
2. Once the voice call is active, hover over the phone and mic icon and click on transfer calls
3. Click on another person or number – This brings up a secondary contact list that you can now choose a contact to transfer the call to
4. Right click on the contact to see the options you can transfer the call to
5. Select the transfer option and the call will automatically transfer
