how to remove a phone number from call answering rules in teams
Teams app> settings > Calls > if unanswered > how to remove a phone number from the list
Hi Ayantika, Use the dropdown to select another option like “voicemail” or “do nothing.” Then calls will no longer ring to the phone number that was previously selected. Teams will remember the three most recent numbers or contacts you’ve used as part of this setting to save time in the future. You can’t remove a number from this list, but you can replace it with something else. To replace the numbers/options on this list, set another user or contact in this field. You can immediately switch back to “Do Nothing” to avoid sending any calls to these users.
On my screen, once “Forward my calls” is selected, a drop down option does not appear. The only thing that does appear is “All incoming calls will be forwarded to your voicemail.”
Hi Tessa, have you checked with your IT admin to ensure call forwarding is enabled?
