PEI is changing the way we support IT projects.  “PEI OPS” is PEI’s new support, managed services and operations department.  PEI OPS offers a comprehensive set of services that assist our customers with their day-to-day Information Technology support and management requirements.

There are three support services that our “OPS” Department has to offer you.

Complete Managed Care (CMC): PEI’s managed services offering can provide you with the peace of mind that your IT environment is being monitored to reduce the risk of an extended period of downtime.  This service also offers a 24X7 Technical Support Service, so no matter what time or day you can rest assured that PEI is keeping your systems up and running.

Total OPS: Total OPS is the newest support service that PEI is offering our clients.  This service is ideal for taking support and management to the next level by offering expertise that is normally given by dedicated in-house IT Departments.  Outsourcing your daily IT administrative functions has never been easier with our Total OPS support service offering.
