Help Desk

PEI Help Desk is specially designed to maintain and troubleshoot your Core Infrastructure, Networking, Security, and Communication Architecture.  By providing services that have a reputation for being timely and effective we can deliver rapid and relevant support that quickly addresses any issues that may arise.

Our new Help Desk adds a new element, a tracking system that logs incidents and provides improved customer feedback and closure.  Internally, we have improved how we engage our engineers to improve your support experience from start to finish.

Help Desk provides added value to your support in numerous ways.  Customer satisfaction is improved through quick response times and constant communications, case escalation is more efficient through our internal tracking and accountability system, and you will receive updates and support faster than ever before, providing you with a peace of mind your systems are being taken care of.

PEI Help Desk is available from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.  You can access it by calling 303-786-7474, Press Option #1 or by e-mailing HelpDesk@pei.com.
